09:17:06,974 ERROR - : Address already in use: bind The system cannot find the file specified. Then I ran PC from CMD and got this log PS D:\Program Files\Jetbrains\apps\P圜harm-P\ch-0\213.5744.248\bin>. I've found another issue like this, someone suggested to run IDE from bat/sh depending on OS.
PC(P圜harm) just freeze on startup logo and won't start IDE. It works well all the time but not this time.
